Clear Compostable Tumbler Glass 250ml- PLA

This 250ml cup is made from a type of plastic called PLA.

These biodegradable tumblers are made from PLA - a plastic resin made from corn starch. However, you would have to be an expert in plastics to tell the difference because these plastic tumblers seem just like any other plastic glass. They are strong, clear and completely fit for purpose. A lid is available separately. Although corn starch is a renewable resource (unlike oil based plastics), to get the full benefit from using PLA, these glasses must be composted in properly maintained facilities. Degradation will take between 60 and 180 days in such conditions. They will not degrade in a land fill site.

 Please do not put PLA cups in recycling bins.
